Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a defective product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is missing from your order.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please share:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the package
• An unboxing video (recommended, as it helps us verify transit-related issues)

Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to process the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product has been used.
• Product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Original packaging is missing.
• Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
• The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake or changed their mind after delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Replacement

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement in cases where:

• The product arrived damaged.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement is subject to stock availability.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other valid reason approved by us, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
