If your order has already been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If applicable, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information regarding eligible returns or replacements.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • A full refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation by Pustifeni

Pustifeni reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock.

  • Incorrect product pricing due to technical error.

  • Payment could not be verified.

  • Suspected fraudulent transaction.

  • Unforeseen operational issues.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
